I love taking my camera somewhere new and last week it came on an adventure with me to Stourhead House and Gardens in Wiltshire. It took us a long time to get round everything at Stourhead, mainly because every two seconds there was something I wanted to stop and take a picture of. Lots of architectural detail, hidden grottoes and temples in the gardens, not to mention all the beautiful flowers and wildlife. I could so imagine photographing a wedding here.
I’d definitely recommend a day out here and see it for yourself. These pictures don’t even do justice to the scale of the more than 2,000 acre gardens that surround the lake. If it’s this good in Spring, I would love to see it in the Autumn.
